These terms are an agreement between you and Grab That Load, operated as a sole proprietorship. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Notify us through the contact form if you suspect unauthorized access.

Estimates and your responsibility

Calculations, scores, routes, targets, reports, and forecasts are estimates. Results depend on your inputs, assumptions, third-party data, road conditions, taxes, equipment, and other factors that can change. You are solely responsible for verifying information and making business, safety, legal, tax, insurance, compliance, and load-acceptance decisions.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer protected parts, upload malicious material, violate another person's rights, or use the service in a way that violates law or transportation requirements.

Your content

You retain ownership of information you enter. You grant Grab That Load the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, display, and transmit that information to operate and support the service. You represent that you have the right to provide it.

Plans, beta access, and billing

Features and limits vary by plan. Beta access may temporarily include features from multiple tiers and may expire on the date shown in your account. Paid billing is not active unless the service clearly presents a live checkout. Before any purchase, applicable pricing, renewal terms, and cancellation controls will be shown.

Refunds

If paid billing becomes available, refund requests will be reviewed case by case, subject to applicable law and any terms shown at purchase. Use the contact form to request review.

Third-party services

The service may use or link to third-party services such as maps, database hosting, authentication, and payment processing. Their availability and terms are outside our control. You are responsible for complying with third-party terms that apply to your use.

Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or violation of these terms. You may stop using the service and use available account controls to request deletion.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. We do not guarantee any revenue, profit, route, rate, tax result, payment, or business outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grab That Load will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, freight opportunities, or business interruption arising from the service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded will be limited to the amount you paid Grab That Load for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept them. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These terms are governed by applicable law without creating rights that applicable law does not permit.
