This policy explains how Grab That Load, operated as a sole proprietorship, handles information when you use the website, app, and support form.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect:

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication records.
• Business and vehicle settings, including truck, trailer, mileage, fuel, insurance, payment, maintenance, tax-reserve, and target information you enter.
• Operational records, such as load analyses, routes, trips, expenses, invoices, contacts, quotes, compliance records, documents, maintenance, taxes, and cash-flow items.
• Support information, including your name, email, message, category, account identifier when signed in, and the page from which you contacted us.
• Technical information reasonably needed to secure and operate the service, such as logs, device or browser information, and network information.

How we use information

We use information to provide calculations and saved records, authenticate accounts, maintain security, respond to support requests, improve reliability, enforce plan limits, comply with legal obligations, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate Grab That Load, including Vercel for hosting and reliability insights, as well as database, authentication, mapping, and—when billing becomes available—payment providers. These providers may process technical request, device, browser, and network information as needed to deliver, secure, and measure the reliability of the service under their own terms and privacy practices.

Data retention and deletion

We retain account and business information while your account is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, legal, and operational purposes. You can use the account controls in the app to request deletion of your account and app data. Some limited records may be retained when required by law, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or protect the service.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including authentication and database access controls. No system can guarantee absolute security, so protect your password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your choices

You may update many account and Garage settings in the app, delete individual records where controls are available, or request account deletion. You may also contact us about access, correction, or privacy questions. Rights may vary by jurisdiction.

Children

Grab That Load is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service when reasonably appropriate.
