Start with load pay, loaded miles, deadhead miles, diesel price, truck MPG, dispatch percentage, and trip-specific costs. Deadhead means miles traveled without revenue freight onboard. Driving toward another pickup is not deadhead when revenue freight is already onboard.
See total-mile economics
Projected take-home, break-even, gross per total mile, profit per total mile, fuel, dispatch, maintenance, and allocated operating costs use the full movement you model—not a headline loaded RPM.
Plan beyond the first delivery
After Delivery can end the analysis at delivery, add an empty drive home or reposition, or model another paying load. The primary verdict reflects the complete planned journey when you provide it.
Equipment context
Saved trailer profiles, freight weight, deck space, and Weight & Capacity compare a load with the equipment details entered. Capacity is based on the equipment ratings and limits you entered. Always verify actual axle, tire, hitch, vehicle, trailer and scale weights before hauling.
Route context
Route Command, available with eligible access, supports route alternatives and ordered multi-stop plans. Pickups add freight, deliveries remove it, and configured capacity can be reviewed by segment.
Planning results are estimates based on the information you enter. They are not guaranteed earnings, fuel, routing, tax, legal, accounting, safety, or regulatory advice. Verify routes, equipment limits, costs, and requirements before operating.
